Trump envoy for regime change in Venezuela, Elliott Abrams, adds Iran to his portfolio

Everything thrown at the Islamic Republic for over 40 years to return the country to US client state status failed.

Trump’s soon to be leaving envoy for regime change in Iran, Brian Hook, was the latest failed US point man on this mission of futility.

On the job from September 1, 2018, nearly two years, he accomplished nothing, despite escalated extrajudicial Trump regime harshness on the country, going well beyond where his predecessors went before.

Elliott Abrams replaces Hook, one unindicted war criminal taking over from another, both belonging behind bars for high crimes against humanity.

After over 18 months of failure in trying to replace Venezuelan democracy with US controlled fascist tyranny, Abrams is highly likely to fail again in trying to topple Iran’s legitimate government.

He’s best known for his role in the 1980s Iran-Contra affair. Indicted for lying to Congress, he pled guilty to two lesser charges.

On Christmas night 1992, GHW Bush pardoned him and other Iran-Contra criminals—their high crimes forgiven, not forgotten.

Abrams is what mafia bosses call a hit man, a hired gun assassin, operating on an industrial scale. His blood-drenched resume speaks for itself.

In the 1980s, he orchestrated dirty wars in Nicaragua, Honduras and Guatemala—responsible for over 300,000 deaths, countless thousands more brutally tortured, and millions forced into exile, in support of tinpot fascist tyrants.

He unsuccessfully orchestrated a similar script against millions of Venezuelans, wanting their fundamental rights and welfare eliminated.

In 1998, Abrams and likeminded extremists urged “decisive action” to replace Federal Republic of Yugoslavia President Slobodan Milosevic with pro-Western puppet rule.

The Clinton co-presidency raped and destroyed the country the following year, one of many high crimes its regime committed.

Pre-9/11, Abrams and others like him urged the Clintons to terror-bomb Iraq and remove Saddam Hussein.

Along with others, he was one of the Bush/Cheney regime’s architects in plotting the cradle of civilization’s destruction, along with plundering its oil wealth.

He was involved in the aborted April 2002 two-day coup attempt to replace Venezuela’s Hugo Chavez with puppet leadership serving US interests.

In 2007, he was part of a black operation to destabilize Iran, using disinformation and manipulation of its currency, aiming for regime change.

He’s one of many bloodthirsty neocon extremists infesting Washington, a criminal gang whose war on humanity exceeds the worst of how other rogue states operate.

A notorious Zionist zealot, he’s unapologetically hostile to Palestinian rights.

He never met a sovereign independent nation not controlled by the US that he didn’t want raped and destroyed.

Commenting on his appointment, Iran’s Foreign Ministry spokesman Seyed Abbas Mousavi tweeted the following:

“No difference between John Bolton, Brian Hook or Elliott Abrams.”

“When it comes to the US Iran policy, American officials have been bitten off more than they could chew.”

“Same applies to Mike Pompeo, Donald Trump AND their successors.”

Washington’s foreign policy on Iran and other nations it doesn’t control is “bankrupt.”

Secretary of Iran’s Supreme National Security Council Ali Shamkhani said Abrams’ appointment showed Trump regime maximum pressure on Tehran failed.

Bolton and Hook left the Trump regime “without any achievements.”

The same goes for loose cannon Pompeo. Will he be next “to pack up and leave before Trump’s” likely defeat in November?
