Those who think wearing a face mask somehow negates their freedom and by getting a COVID-19 vaccine they will die have it all backwards.
While they think COVID is harmless, hence no need for a mask, or a government (ours or China’s) plot to kill us with a deadly vaccine, they are the ones more at risk of getting the coronavirus and dying from it, and, due to the absence of a mask or refusing to get vaccinated, causing the deaths of family members, friends and everyone they encounter.
Might we have some logic in an illogical world? Is it logical that any government would develop a deadly virus that could kill us all—including the makers of the virus? They might come up with a selective virus to do away with groups they consider enemies. It’s been rumored that a certain country, which shall remain nameless, has been working on that for years, so far without success. What would be gained by indiscriminately unleashing a deadly virus and then injecting a deadly vaccine into those who either didn’t get the virus or recovered from it?
Ironically, if you told the anti-maskers they were prohibited from wearing masks, they would clamor for them, claiming their freedom would not be impinged upon by telling them no masks allowed.
In 2011, Florida passed a law banning the wearing of face masks. That didn’t go over too well, so the law was amended to only banning wearing a mask while committing a crime.
Florida is not the only state to have had such a law, now amended. Twelve other states and seven countries ban protesters from wearing masks. But we are not talking about protesters and criminals, just ordinary people who want to protect themselves and others they come into contact with from COVID-19.
Those who scream the loudest about their freedom and control over their bodies are often the same people who want to deny women the same freedom and control over their bodies.
Do you hear them having fits about cameras everywhere—in the streets, in stores, on private homes—watching what they do? How about facial recognition software that often misidentifies people? How about biometrics that erode personal privacy? Yes, they worry about a chip being implanted with the COVID shot.
There are things to be concerned about when it comes to our freedoms but using the tools we have to stem a pandemic isn’t one of them.
Yet, how many people who send off their DNA to find out their family history give thought to the ramifications that might happen if that information got into the wrong hands?
Perhaps the only way to get through to the anti-maskers and anti-vaxxers—if we can get through to them—is constantly reminding that they are putting their lives at risk, too. If that doesn’t scare them enough to work, if their pride doesn’t allow them the “shame” of admitting they are wrong, then, as Dartmouth College professor of sociology Brooke Harrington wrote in The Guardian, sociologist Erving Goffman offered two ways of getting through: “The first is to let them experience the shame of what he terms ‘social death.’ But the second, and perhaps the more productive, is to identify and deploy ‘coolers’ to coax the pandemic holdouts back into the fold of mainstream society.” “Coolers” are influential people they trust, be they Fox News hosts, conservative Republicans or social media members who have done a turnabout from COVID denialism.
It’s fine to be skeptical about the things government does but denying science isn’t one of them.

It’s sad to see the editor/publisher of a self-styled “progressive” website writing such an obtuse, bullying op-ed piece targeting sensible people who refuse to take the Genetic Cell-Disruptor Biologic Agents mislabeled “vaccines”. The well-informed, prudent people whom you disparagingly call “anti-vaxxers” do not need your glib attempts at psychoanalysis, as exemplified in the title of your ill-informed article (“The subliminal death wishes of the anti-maskers and anti-vaxxers”).
To quote your own words (and assuming that you were duped by the 24/7 propaganda-and-censorship campaign into getting the harmful, often lethal, and wholly unnecessary genetic cocktail ["vaccine"]), you are the one who is “denying science”, you are the one who “has it all backwards”, and you are—by many orders of magnitude—the one who is “more at risk of getting the coronavirus and dying from it” than those who avoided the kill-shot.
Thousands of mainstream physicians, immunologists, virologists, molecular geneticists, public health officials, vaccinologists, epidemiologists, and others have called for the so-called “vaccines” to be withdrawn immediately. Dr. Michael Yeadon, Pfizer’s former Chief Science Officer for Respiratory Diseases, calls these injections “premeditated murder.” Based on his 40-year medical research career, Dr. Yeadon believes the vaccines are medically useless, often lethal, and serve only one conceivable purpose: depopulation. And many, many equally distinguished doctors, including Nobel Prize winners, agree with him. But the MSM censors and smears them as “conspiracy theorists” spreading “misinformation”—and the self-blinded fools who call themselves “liberals” and “progressives” march in lockstep with the Orwellian Ministry of Truth. The presstitutes and the “fact-checkers” are the bought-and-paid for propaganda arm of Big Pharma/Big Tech/Government.
Most people who reject the highly experimental genetic cocktail (“vaccine”) do not think “COVID is harmless”, as you inaccurately state. But the CDC’s own data shows that 99.9+% of people below age 80 recover spontaneously from Covid-19 and develop a natural immunity far stronger than any transient protection offered by a dangerous vaccine.
In their first four months, the experimental Covid-19 “vaccines” (gene modification agents) racked up more deaths and severe adverse events THAN ALL OTHER VACCINES COMBINED in VAERS’s entire 31-year history. These defective products should have all been taken off the market by February. They are the new thalidomide, only much worse.
VAERS (the CDC’s Vaccine Adverse Events Reporting System) records “fewer than 1% of deaths and adverse events”, according to a 2010 Harvard Medical School study commissioned by the U.S. Dept. of Health and Human Services. Using this correction factor, a conservative estimate based on the latest VAERS data is:
1.2 million people killed by the Covid vaccines
68 million adverse events, including countless hospitalizations, life-threatening injuries, paralysis, convulsions, permanent vision loss, spinal damage, Bell’s palsy, miscarriages, stillbirths, immune system collapse, massive blood clots, etc.
The vaccine adverse-events reporting systems of UK, EU, and other countries are reporting similar catastrophic results. Countless vaccine victims die or suffer a life-destroying adverse effect within 1-3 days after getting the jab. The lying MSM claims it’s all a coincidence, no relation to the kill-shots. Do you believe them? Neither do I.
Many people who were gullible enough to get the vax now regret their mistake and are seeking ways to fortify their immune system in order to avoid the hyper-inflammatory reaction that killed off all the ferrets, monkeys, cats, rabbits, mice etc. in all previous clinical trials of any genetic-based Covid vaccine. (The vaxxed animals, when exposed to the same virus or a variant 6 months to 3 years post-inoculation, developed Antibody-Dependent Enhancement which led to the immune-system overreaction, liquefied their innards, and killed them all.) Will the “human guinea pigs” who got the Covid-19 vax die off in similar fashion? No one knows, because no animal trials were ever done with the rushed-to-market Covid-19 “vaccines”. But the latest scientific study indicates YES, humans who got the jab do develop Antibody-Dependent Enhancement and therefore are at risk.
Ms. Conover, you made a grave mistake, you put your health in jeopardy. If you get a so-called booster shot, you will be exponentially increasing the odds of a severe adverse event or death. Do some research and find out what is really going on, for your own sake, for the sake of your readers and those you care about.
