Blatant Israeli propaganda blasting away on CNN

(WMR)—On July 9, before making his obligatory trip to Jerusalem to cover the latest uneven Israeli-Palestinian military confrontation where Israeli “revenge killings” of innocent Palestinians is state policy, CNN Washington Bureau Chief Wolf Blitzer had an all-too-expected comment as he was seeing Israeli war planes bomb a crowded building in Gaza. Blitzer’s comment was, “Wow! Look at that!”

Blitzer’s comments should come as no surprise. His career began as the public relations spokesman for the American Israel Public Affairs Committee (AIPAC), the right-wing Zionist organization that has managed over the years to bring the U.S. Congress to its knees. Blitzer paraded his true colors during his numerous interviews of Israeli Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu by calling him “Bibi” on air.

Every time a glorified bottle rocket is fired from Gaza into Israel, Blitzer, a former correspondent for the ultra-Zionist Jerusalem Post, flies off to his old paper’s hometown, to provide “on air” descriptions of life in a “besieged” Israel, air raid sirens wailing in the background. Blitzer’s reports are pure theater, designed to pull at the heart strings of Americans whose knowledge of Middle Eastern affairs could fit into a thimble.

Blitzer’s rapid rise from reporter to Washington bureau chief took place after CNN founder Ted Turner lost control of his company to Gerald Levin of Time Warner. WMR has learned that Levin and News Corporation owner Rupert Murdoch met with other prominent international Zionist leaders secretly in Australia in 1995 and discussed wresting control of CNN from Turner and turning the network, considered to be relatively unbiased on Middle East issues, into an echo chamber for Israel and its U.S. Lobby.

After its merger with Time Warner in 1996, CNN rapidly laid off all of its unbiased reporters and producers. Longtime CNN Middle East correspondent Octavia Nasr ran afoul of the new ownership when she sent the following Twitter in 2010 on the death of Lebanese Shi’a leader Hussein Fadlallah; “Sad to hear of the passing of Sayyed Mohammad Hussein Fadlallah. . One of Hezbollah’s giants I respect a lot . . .” In fact, Fadlallah was a giant of Lebanese religion and politics and one that often urged moderation. But New Jersey Zionist Rabbi Shmuley Boteach, a Republican politician from New Jersey who supports Greater Israel settlements in the West Bank, presided over a Jewish lynch mob that succeeded in getting Nasr fired.

Likewise, CNN cashiered its anchor Rick Sanchez in 2010 for suggesting claims that American Jews were an “oppressed minority” and stating that there were a lot of people like comedian Jon Stewart running CNN and other networks. Bingo, Sanchez hit the nail on the head but ran afoul of the media Sanhedrin that controls the U.S. media and who are responsible for promoting someone as biased as Blitzer to CNN bureau chief in DC.

Running the show at CNN is ardent Zionist Jeff Zucker, who, while CEO of NBC, was largely responsible for promoting NBC News reporter David Gregory to host “Meet the Press” after the sudden death in 2008 of Tim Russert. In 2011, Gregory told the always-suspect Daily Beast, a Zionist presence on the web if there ever was one, that his Judaism, practiced together with other Washington, DC, journalists, “professionally helps me to be a better colleague, a better journalist.” Better journalist? Only if journalism now consists of selling out to the highest bidder. And in Washington, DC, no group has more money to throw around than Gregory’s and Blitzer’s friends at AIPAC.

Although no one could have believed that any network could be as biased as CNN, ABC News also was brought under Zionist domination when its parent, Capital Cities, sold out to Michael Eisner-run Disney Corporation. Under Cap Cities, ABC News at least tried to maintain neutrality, earning it the derisive nickname “Arab Broadcasting Company” in some American Jewish circles. However, under Disney, ABC has become a laughing stock on Middle East coverage. So desperate to try to engender sympathy for Israel, ABC aired footage of a Palestinian home that had just been destroyed by Israel as an “Israeli home” and called a Palestinian woman standing in front of the house an Israeli woman.

What this all means is that no legitimate news operation anywhere should hire publicly-proclaimed Zionists like Blitzer or covert Zionists like the many who hide out in editorial and producer offices around the world. After 9/11, what news organization would have hired Al Qaeda sympathizers to cover the “global war on terrorism?”

ABC News’s Diane Sawyer called a Palestinian family trying to salvage belongings from their home destroyed by Israel an “Israeli family” and a Palestinian woman a “speechless” Israeli woman. This was no error, it was Zionist propaganda within the U.S. news media at its best (if you’re looking at events from a Zionist perspective).

WMR’s editor has gotten into verbal fisticuffs at a number of DC venues with Israel’s hasbara parade of propagandists. There is always one thing to remember about American Zionists: their barks are much worse than their bites. They are the first booking outward flights on El Al at the first hint of trouble in the Middle East. It’s much better being bellicose from Miami Beach and Crown Heights than from the streets of Jerusalem where words still have meaning.

  1. The news is so dishearteningly biased these days that I’ve taken it to watch local news, if any, at all. Wolf Blitzer’s true colors were out there long ago not to mention David Gregory and others too. Power. Control and Recognition by the Powerful is the name of the game these days. And I find these days that the struggle for power or recognition by the powerful is turning out to be just as bad in some of the so called progressive sites. I think there are very few places left these days that cater to the truth.

Equally repugnant to those cited, are the self appointed defenders of the Zionist state, who write their local newspaper, lauding Israel. The letters to the editor are almost always boilerplate: Israel’s the only democracy in the middle east, America’s ally, Palestinians bring about their own troubles, Israel must defend itself against rock throwing.
Just as Israel has self-appointed propagandists who bombard the web with boilerplate, the American counterparts manage to get their letters into newspapers.
What is overlooked is the larger history of land theft, torture, assassinations, outright military attack killings, to say nothing of a history of organ theft, incarcerations forever, literal kidnappings, beatings and economic blockade.

The real terrorist is state made: the Zionist state.
